All sellers on TicketSouk go through verification. Look for the verified badge on seller profiles. We also guarantee authenticity - if tickets are fake, you get a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (via CMI), cash payments at CashPlus locations, and mobile money through Orange Money.

How do I receive my tickets?

E-tickets are delivered instantly to your email after payment. Physical tickets can be picked up in person or delivered based on seller preference.

What if an event is cancelled?

If an event is officially cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Contact our support team with proof of cancellation.

How do I become a verified seller?

Upgrade to our Verified Seller plan for 49 MAD/month. This includes ID verification, a verified badge, and priority listing placement.

Is there a fee for selling tickets?

No! TicketSouk does not charge commission fees. We make money through optional seller subscriptions and advertising.
